Weber County housing market statistics for September 2017 are as followed: The average meridian days on the market was 17 days. The total homes sold in Weber County were 409 with a combined total of 334 single family homes and 75 multi-family homes sold. There is 3.37 months of inventory. Average sold price was $205,000. In 2017 there were 822 active listings and 546 under contract compared to 2016 which there were 867 active listings and 666 under contracts.

Utah County housing market statistics for September 2017 are as followed: The average meridian days on the market was 20 days. The total homes sold in Utah county were 843 with a combined total of 594 single family homes and 249 multi-family homes sold. There is 4.67 months of inventory. Average sold price was $274,400. In 2017 there were 2155 active listings and 1707 under contract compared to 2016 which there were 1999 active listings and 1637 under contracts.
